Hronit Rai, a new name in nepali music field.. but believe me he posses all the talents that a good singer should have.. as a result, he finally he is successful to catch Reeyaz Music as a music company for releasing his debut album "Genesis Boyz". This time lets talk with hronit about is musical career and debut album in our exclusive section "Babbaal Talkies".

- Thank you for having me here.


We noticed that you are coming with your Debut album debut album "Hronit...Genesis Boyz". Tell us something about your album. What kind of songs does it include?

- I am a singer who likes experimenting with various flavours of music, so in my debut album "Hronit...Genesis Boyz" there is mixture of classical, pop and hiphop music.


What does Genesis Boyz means? Is it a band?

- No, it's not a band. I'm a one man solo artist. Actually "Genesis Boyz" stands for powerful group of boys or youths like us who wants to enjoy their each second of life with full of excitement. And genesis is also a dance academy where I learned freestyle dance with Rohit Saud who has also choreographed in my song" Jolly Go" video.

How did you start your musical career?

- Actually music is and was in my blood since I was a kid. Wherever I used to go with my parents whether it used to be a party, an excursion, gathering, programs I was this kid who just loved singing for everyone. And lets not forget my school galaxy where i trained with many highly skilled music teacher like Adrian Pradhan, Kunti Moktan, Darshan Rai which was the main factor that pushed me into music..

What genres are you into?

- Actually I'm into classical, pop, modern rock.

How was your experience while recording and after the completion of your album?

- I recorded my songs with yuva studios and Dj Lx.. Firstly this is every singer's dream to record their own music album, I was nervous as it was my first time recording in a professional studio, as well as greatly excited as this was what i always dreamt of. And I was quite relieved with joy after the completion of my album.

We heard that you are doing a video of Timro Yaadma? Tell us something about this song.

- Yes, first of all this is my best song among all, cause its very melodious, soothing and a classically based song. Now, I have done the video of "jolly Go" as well but in "Timro Yaadma", I wanna portray it's asthetic beauty through an artistic video full of expressions ....and rest you will be able to see after its completion.


What kind of music do you love listening to?

- I love listening to pop, classical, rock, and fusion based music.


Who are your musical inspiration?

- My musical inspiration is Adrian Pradhan, and this beautiful mother nature earth who aspires me to sing as well.

What do you think about Nepali Music industry?

- Well, talking about nepali music industry its evolutionizing day by day in a good way supporting all new music commers, there are lotta positive traits but i must say rather than quantity they should percieve the quality in singing and be a feasible source to a singer as well.

How is Hronit in real life?

- Hronit in real life is a good fun loving human being, deligent, friendly,spontaneous, funny, brave and analitical.

What is your opinion regarding life?

Life is an abundance of opportunities and incidents that creates a new beggining as well as challenges, so we gotta master ourselves and learn to face it.

- What is Music for you?

- Music is truth, faith, soul to soul commucation, sharing ones feeling, emotions through vibes of music.
